We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Director to lead our Colibri Digital sales function.
This role is pivotal in Colibri’s growth ambition by driving pipeline and revenue growth, defining channel sales strategy, ensuring sales execution excellence, and building a high-performing team. Success will come through selling with technology partners, larger Service Integrators or Consultancies as well as direct to market in a co-sell ecosystem. You will be responsible for leading bids, coaching and developing sales talent, and ensuring rigorous pipeline and forecast discipline.
Strategic Planning & Market Insight
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for Data, AI and associated professional services.
- Work with peers to define go-to-market focus and priorities (e.g. channels, partners, industries etc.)- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform sales strategy.
- Contribute to quarterly business reviews and strategic planning cycles.
Team Management & Coaching
- Build, lead, and inspire a team of high-performing sales professionals.- Provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and development to elevate sales capability and performance.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Partner Ecosystem Engagement
- Operate within partner co-sell frameworks, leveraging Solution Partner designations and certifications.
- Build strong relationships with partner field teams and partner managers to drive joint go-to-market success.
- Align with internal practice leads, pre-sales, and delivery to ensure solution integrity and customer satisfaction.
